Nice saree I love collection
I got the defective item, pearls are lost from the blazer, i have raised the concern as well but no one has replied, i was the active customer of Galoir, but unfortunately i am very disappointed from your services and product. cant rely in future. also cant advise to anyone to buy from them bcz they dont have any return or replacement policy.

This size does not fit a person who is XL size. I want to return it. There is no reply to my email that I have sent before few days. I can't wear this piece, it does not fit. I have to leave from India in a few days, and I want a refund or exchange before August 23. If a new piece can not reach me(exchange) then I want a refund.
Bad quality
I ordered a denim co-ord set and what I received is totally different which is a very bad thing
Quality not upto the mark as per the price. Thinner stitching is itching on the skin as there is no lining attached. Poor quality of embroidery requested for exchange due to size issue and shared with the staff immediately after delivery but the staff refused to accommodate
I ordered medium size you send 3xl change the size or refund me back
Quality was to notch
I ordered a suit for my mom for Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day came and went, then Father’s Day came too, but the suit was still not dispatched. Every time I followed up, I was told, “It will be dispatched in 2–3 days,” or that it was “back-ordered.” The same response kept repeating for weeks. Eventually, we decided to pick it up from the store instead. When my uncle reached the store, he was kept waiting for over an hour while they said they were “searching” for the suit. I’m still not sure what they were searching for after repeatedly telling me it would be available in a few days. My uncle finally insisted on taking a different piece, and only after about 1.5 hours was another suit provided. I have to admit their collection is beautiful, but this was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service and lack of communication, I won’t be shopping there again, and I can’t recommend it to others.
