Poor quality of embroidery requested for exchange due to size issue and shared with the staff immediately after delivery but the staff refused to accommodate

I ordered a suit for my mom for Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day came and went, then Father’s Day came too, but the suit was still not dispatched.
Every time I followed up, I was told, “It will be dispatched in 2–3 days,” or that it was “back-ordered.” The same response kept repeating for weeks.
Eventually, we decided to pick it up from the store instead. When my uncle reached the store, he was kept waiting for over an hour while they said they were “searching” for the suit. I’m still not sure what they were searching for after repeatedly telling me it would be available in a few days.
My uncle finally insisted on taking a different piece, and only after about 1.5 hours was another suit provided.
I have to admit their collection is beautiful, but this was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service and lack of communication, I won’t be shopping there again, and I can’t recommend it to others.

The quality is good, but somewhere it’s not exactly shown in the picture. Kurti is quite shorter than expected and also, the sleeves are also shorter than shown in the picture. All over it’s nice, would have been better if not that short!
